BC RACING COILOVERS

BC Racing Coilovers are one of the few lower priced coilovers that are of very good quality. There are a whole raft of different coilover kits from Taiwan - D2, Yellowspeed, HSD, K-Sport etc. Of all of these we've found BC Racing offers the best materials, performance, value and fitness for application.

They use a standard cartridge size, with specific valving and custom lower brackets. This means replacement of a failed unit is easier and cost effective. In addition due to this design BC are adjustable for length, as well as pre-load.

When you buy a coilover kit you are generally investing in a suspension kit designed for a specific purpose. For example a race car suspension kit will typically have very little droop and run very high spring rates.

The BC design enables you to change both the preload and the length of the unit.This does mean there is more involved in set up, but gives you more options to tune the chassis. Unlike KW or Bilstein which come with instructions to install, BC Racing really benefit from proper set up to get the ratio between compression and rebound correct.

BC SUSPENSION RANGE Online

	BC VR SERIES All BC Units follow pretty much the same specification in that they use a cartridge which inserts into model specific brackets so once size damper can be used to make various kits. The fundemental difference between VR and BR (apart from red anodized parts!) is the smaller 44mm piston. VR Series feature: Pillowball upper mount Camber adjustable top mounts Aluminium top plates 30 way adjustable damping Adjustable spring platform Height adjustment via bottom mount to retain full damper travel Dust boot to protect damper seals
	BC BR SERIES the BR series feature a larger 46mm piston as well as the same features as the V1 kit.
	BC RM SERIES The RM series feature in Mac Pherson strut applications the inverted monotube design (like Bilstein B14 & B16). The inverted design is much like a motorcycle fork. It is upside down (the piston is fixed) and reduces unsprung weight, cuts cavitation and reduces the possibility of fade.
	BC ER SERIES As well as using an invert strut where available, the ER series adds an external reservoir. Not only does this increase resistance to fade and aeration it increases oil capacity. In addition it has independent setting of compression and rebound damping.
	BC ZR SERIES Offering 3 way damping at an impressive price point, the ZR series is the choice of the serious track or race driver.
