MILLTEK PRODUCT QUALITY

Just like us, Milltek Sport is run by car fanatics. Balance Motorsport have been selling Milltek exhausts for many years now. What has impressed us most is their ability to move with the times and keep abreast of the rapidly changing car market. Over the 35 years of so that they have been developing exhausts systems, Milltek have tried to ensure quality, fitting and performance are at the core of what they do.

Milltek Sport exhausts are made from high quality Aircraft Grade 304 stainless steel. This material is non-magnetic and less susceptible to discolouration. Some people assume stainless steel will never rust - if it loses the bright Nickel surface then it will discolour and eventually corrode.

All systems feature Mandrel Bends - you won't find that on typical replacement exhausts. For over a decade that we've retailed this product we've only had a handful of warranty claims. Milltek have always stood by their product quality and fitting in the event of a claim and this is very important as we can supply the product with confidence.  All Milltek exhausts are designed, developed and manufactured in-house in the UK

MILLTEK PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Milltek are constantly looking at creating new and innovative systems for the latest vehicles. Development in the crucible of Motor Sport ensures the product for the street is tough and durable. Milltek have been directly involved with Race Exhaust development, running in the BTCC  and the VLN in Germany, where Milltek Sport MD Steve Pound, will be managing the team. Professional drivers; Chris Chadwick and Dominic Tranchet will be behind the wheel of the Milltek Sport Toyota GT-86.

In the cut throat world of BTCC they are supporting Team BMR and Power Maxed Racing, who are currently running the legendary Jason Plato and Rob Collard.

As a UK based dealer we are also able to offer a fitting service (please check as certain vehicles may not fit on our lift).
