Whiteline KDT917 - Rear Subframe Mounts - DO fit the 335D

Recently cleared up some confusion surrounding the popular Whiteline KDT917 rear subframe bushing kit. Some rumours were that it would not fit the 335D.

Although the 335D and the Touring models do use a different factory bush, the Whiteline KDT917 is a complete replacement bush and fits all models exc M3. The reason the confusion occured, is that Powerflex list inserts to the factory bushes as well as complete bushes. The insert they supply for the Touring and Diesel models is different so that it fits into the OE bush.

The OE bush has voids to prevent undue harshness. If you look at the design of the Whiteline bush you can see how it also has small reliefs to provide a reduction in NVh. It is made from a Shore 75 Material so whilst significantly uprated from the OE rubber bush, it won't ruin the car by feeding every bump back through the shell.

In addition the Whiteline part is significantly less money for a superior design.
